It is very simple and anyone can do it - Simply sign-up 4 of your best friends for any one of our courses from Formula A through to Formula Super Plus and you will receive your Formual A Course absolutely free!!. It is as simple as that. If you sign-up all four for one of the higher courses, say a Formula B or Formula Plus, you will receive the equivalent course again absolutely free!! So to use the Nike phrase "JUST DO IT" and enjoy a great day out.
